Canadian Premier League Announces Partnership with HelloFresh

Toronto, ON (June 8, 2021) – The Canadian Premier League is pleased to announce HelloFresh — the world’s leading meal kit provider — as the “Official Meal Kit Delivery Partner of the Canadian Premier League”. Through this new partnership, the CPL will collaborate on unique HelloFresh offer opportunities to Canadian soccer communities from coast-to-coast.

The partnership negotiated by Canadian Soccer Business (CSB) will also provide special offers to CPL Clubs’ fans and season ticket members via digital integration in the League’s Centre Circle App. HelloFresh and CPL will also collaborate on unique content pieces throughout the term of agreement focused on showcasing delicious summer recipes tailored for soccer-loving families on the go.

As part of the new partnership, HelloFresh will also become an official partner of Canada Soccer’s Circle K Active Start Soccer Fests program, the largest and longest-running grassroots program in Canada. Through its support of the program, HelloFresh will activate at events from coast-to-coast, providing special offers for festival participants as well as unique on-site meal kit opportunities for Canadian soccer families.

Canada Soccer’s Circle K Active Start Soccer Fests is a grant-based program designed to provide resources to host a soccer celebration in communities across the country. Community soccer clubs are encouraged to apply to host a festival via the online application process and pending program space and Provincial/Territorial Member Association approval, will receive a program event package, which they can use to showcase their event. In addition, participating clubs will receive a festival hosting package which includes individual participation certificates and a wide array of promotional giveaways from the program’s national sponsors.
