Spending the 2021 season on loan at Valour FC from MLS side CF Montreal, goalkeeper Jonathan Sirois takes 19th spot in the CPL50.
The 20-year-old from LaSalle, Quebec had a fantastic year in the Canadian Premier League, leading the league in saves (94), clean sheets (9), penalties saved (2), and near the top in most goalkeeping statistics.
He was a brick wall behind a Valour backline that needed him to be at times – an early season injury to Andrew Jean-Baptiste was a major loss for the club.
He began his time in the CPL at a record-breaking pace, earning a record six consecutive clean sheets in his first six matches.
