Defenders

Dante Campbell (Valour FC)

Campbell scored his first Canadian Premier League goal to open the scoring on Friday at York Lions Stadium, playing a big part in the buildup of the goal as well. He also created three chances, completed three dribbles and won eight of 10 duels.

Daan Klomp (Cavalry FC)

Klomp put in a masterful defensive performance to help Cavalry earn a big road clean sheet in Hamilton on Saturday. This is his fourth straight appearance in the Team of the Week.

Riley Ferrazzo (Halifax Wanderers)

Ferrazzo put in a shift at both ends of the pitch on Friday, but particularly with an outstanding defensive effort. The Halifax wing back made five clearances, won three fouls and won six of eleven duels while playing a key role as a connecter when they were in possession.

The Valour captain also completed 62 of his 69 passes and won possession 10 times during a stellar performance.
