Las Vegas to host 2022-23 Concacaf Nations League Finals in June

The Concacaf Nations League final four is set to be played at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada starting on June 15, 2023, the confederation announced Monday.

The final window of the 2022-23 Concacaf Nations League A group stage, which concludes next week, will determine the four competing teams. The semifinals will be played on Thursday, June 15, with the final and third-place match on June 18. The semifinalists will be ranked 1-4 based on group-stage performance, with first playing against fourth and second against third.

Canada currently sit in second place in Group C of Nations League, three points behind Honduras whom they play on March 28 at BMO Field. Before that, they travel to Curaçao to play the team’s other group on March 25. A win and a draw in those matches would be enough for Canada to top the group, and therefore advance to the final four.

Allegiant Stadium is home to the NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders and the University of Las Vegas men’s football team. The stadium also played host to the 2021 Gold Cup final between the United States and Mexico.

The United States won the inaugural edition of the Concacaf Nations League tournament in 2021. Canada, who was in the same group as the US during that inaugural competition, failed to reach the final four.
