Pacific Football Club has signed Djenario Daniels to the roster for the 2022 season.
“Daniels brings big potential to our attack and he can play in any of the forward positions,” said James Merriman, Head Coach, Pacific FC. “He’s got good size, is left footed and a very dynamic player and we expect him to come into our group and immediately start to impact our game.”
The 20-year-old joins Pacific after a European career spent mainly in the Netherlands, first as a youth with Almere City and PSV Eindhoven. His professional debut took place in 2018 when he signed with Jong PSV based in Eindhoven, Netherland’s fifth largest city. He later went on to play for Utrecht with the reserve team in Netherland’s second tier Eerste Divisie. Most recently, Daniels played with Italian based Sassuolo on loan late in the 2021 season.
Netherlands-born Daniels stands at 6-foot-3 and is of Surinamese descent. He has played as a youth international for Netherlands.
