The full schedule for the first round of the 2025 Concacaf Champions Cup was released on Friday, and Canadian Premier League representatives Cavalry FC and Forge FC learned that their campaigns in this year’s tournament will both begin in early February.
Cavalry, who take on Mexican side Pumas UNAM, begin on Thursday, Feb. 6 at 10 p.m. ET/8 p.m. MT for their home leg, to be hosted at Starlight Stadium in Langford, B.C. The following week, they’ll head down to Mexico City for the away leg on Thursday, Feb. 13 at 8 p.m. ET/6 p.m. MT, at Estadio Olimpico Universitario.
Meanwhile, Forge will host CF Monterrey at Tim Hortons Field on Wednesday, Feb. 5 at 8 p.m. ET, with the away leg to be played at Estadio BBVA on Tuesday, Feb. 11 at 8 p.m. ET.
Both clubs return to the Concacaf Champions Cup after participating last year. Cavalry earned their spot in the tournament by winning the CPL’s North Star Cup, while Forge claimed a place by winning the league’s regular season title.
