In front of a packed Wanderers Ground, the HFX Wanderers picked a great time to snap their six-game winless run on Saturday, as they picked up a crucial 1-0 win over Valour FC.
Coming out on top in a very physical duel between two teams desperately needing a win, the Wanderers will look to build off of this game as they continue to stay alive in the playoff race.
Meanwhile, for Valour, they’ll look to pick up the pieces after this result, as they get back to their recent form, which has them within touching distance of the playoff line, although this recent loss did put a bit of a dent in that, for now.
