Sights and Sounds: Valour FC 1-3 Pacific FC

Pacific FC left IG Field with all three points on Wednesday night, with a 3-1 win over Valour FC.

It was a losing start for Phillip Dos Santos in his first home game as Valour boss, as two goals in the first half from Alejandro Diaz put the Tridents in front, and Valour were unable to start a comeback.

Diaz scored a penalty in just the third minute, and gave Pacific the lead again late in the half — on either side of a Moses Dyer goal for the home side. Victor Blasco sealed the three points for the visitors with a shot from the edge of the box in the 69th minute that found the bottom left corner.
