Cavalry FC lifted their third Wildrose Cup in front of a boisterous crowd at Spruce Meadows after a 2-0 victory over provincial rivals FC Edmonton.
Joe Mason and Karifa Yao had the goals, and Marco Carducci the clean sheet, during Cavalry’s 11th all-time victory over FC Edmonton. The win puts Cavalry back up into second place in the CPL for the time being.
