Pacific FC remained in the win column on Friday night, as Alejandro Díaz scored a hat-trick en route to a scintillating 4-2 win over York United at York Lions Stadium.
The home side took the lead twice in this one, with Ronan Kratt’s first professional goal putting them ahead in the first minute and Osaze De Rosario’s strike making it 2-1 later following Díaz’s equalizing penalty. From there, though, it was all Pacific, as Díaz scored two more and Gianni Dos Santos added a fourth to secure a second straight victory for the Tridents.
York, meanwhile, continue searching for three points, as their winless streak extends to 10 matches in the CPL.
