Valour FC today announce the team has acquired Colombian midfielder Daniel Ascanio on loan from Real Santander S.A.

Ascanio, 21, joins Valour FC after spending the 2021 season with Real Santander S.A. (Categoría Primera B), where he made 28 appearances, totalling 1,438 minutes played and five goals.

“We all felt Daniel has the ability and qualities to come into the CPL, play games and help the team immediately,” said Valour FC Head Coach & GM Phillip Dos Santos. “He’s very ambitious and sees an opportunity here to get exposure in another market.”
