Valour FC extend contract of Canadian midfielder Dante Campbell

On Thursday, Valour FC announced that they had extended the contract of Canadian midfielder Dante Campbell for the 2024 season, and agreed to an option for the 2025 season.

Campbell, 24, made 26 appearances during the 2023 season, totalling one goal and two assists in 2,210 minutes played.

The midfielder began his professional career with Toronto FC II in 2016 after graduating from their academy program. Campbell made 68 appearances, scoring two goals, one assist, and played 4,408 minutes for the club. He has also previously spent time with LA Galaxy II.

In 2020, Campbell was loaned to Valour FC where he appeared in five league matches totalling 226 minutes played. Internationally, Campbell has made five appearances with Canada’s men’s national U20 team and three appearances with the U17 team.
