Our Canadian Forces family, which has a base of over 10,000 military and civilian Defence Team members in Halifax, have been huge supporters of the Wanderers from the beginning. We’re grateful our Wanderers flag has been put up at the base in Halifax and was on a mission with HMCS Halifax where Wanderers players and staff had the opportunity to visit to wish the crew well before their mission overseas. The Stadacona Band,  official military band of the Maritime Forces Atlantic Command played at the team’s home opener and at the HFX Wanderers Canadian Armed Forces Appreciation match.
