The Canadian Premier League’s #GotGame Open Trials are fast approaching, and coaches from across the country are gearing up to watch and analyze young, talented soccer players from coast to coast.

But one prospective trialist isn’t going to wait until the tryouts kick off to show he’s got game.

As the trials get set to start — first, in Halifax on Sept. 20-21, then heading westward through Montreal (Sept. 27-28), Hamilton (October 1-2), Toronto (Oct. 11-12), Winnipeg (Oct. 18-19), Calgary (Oct. 25-26), and Vancouver Island (November 5-6) – fans, footballers and followers of the league have been Tweeting their anticipation for the nationwide tryout.
