After a brief hiatus, the CPL Newsroom presented by Volkswagen is back! And we have to start by congratulating Cavalry FC on officially becoming 2023 regular season champions. Kristian Jack is joined by Charlie O’Connor-Clarke, Mitchell Tierney, Alexandre Gangué-Ruzic and Benedict Rhodes as they recap Week 24 in the CPL, including Cavalry’s triumph, Forge’s big win over Pacific, Vancouver’s comeback triumph against Halifax and Valour’s late winner at Atlético Ottawa.
Plus, KJ is joined by newly-crowned title-winning head coach of Cavalry, Tommy Wheeldon Jr., for a chat about what’s made his team special this year.
