Forge FC’s Bobby Smyrniotis is the league’s Manager of the Month for April 2024.

His Forge side had its best start to a season in club history, winning all three of its matches in April — defeating Cavalry, York United and Valour FC. Forge scored seven goals in that time, and conceded just twice.

Critically, his team has also shown significant improvement at home, where they have already picked up a pair of victories. It took Forge until June 25 last season to win two CPL matches at home.

Smyrniotis was also the league’s Manager of the Month for April of 2023 after Forge got off to a strong start last year as well. He also picked up October’s honour last season, following Forge’s fourth CPL Finals victory in five years.
