Pacific FC’s Moses Dyer named CPL Player of the Month for September 2024

The Canadian Premier League announced on Tuesday that Pacific FC forward Moses Dyer has been named the league’s Player of the Month for September 2024.

Dyer, who joined the Tridents from Vancouver FC in August, started all five of Pacific’s games in September and scored four goals — one in each of the first four matches of the month, matching Atlético Ottawa’s Ruben del Campo for the second-longest consecutive goalscoring streak of the year.

The New Zealand native has scored eight goals in total this season, split between time with Vancouver and Pacific. In September, he helped Pacific to a 2-2-1 record and was named to the Gatorade Team of the Week twice.

Dyer is the sixth recipient of the Player of the Month award in 2024, following Tristan Borges, Del Campo, Kwasi Poku, Mo Babouli and Daan Klomp.
