York United opened the floodgates at Wanderers Grounds on Monday afternoon, as they put four goals past HFX Wanderers en route to a breakout 4-2 win for Martin Nash’s men.
Osaze De Rosario scored twice, and Jordan Wilson and Luis Lawrie-Lattanzio both scored their first of the 2022 campaign as goals from Eriks Santos and Akeem Garcia weren’t enough for Halifax to reverse the heavy deficit.
Ultimately, York sailed fairly comfortably to a massive away victory, taking all three points from the Wanderers in this Natal Day matinee.
