What is the Centre Circle App?

The Centre Circle App is the Canadian Premier League’s official one-stop destination for supporters to interact and engage with their favourite clubs. Centre Circle is also the official affinity program of all the clubs in the Canadian Premier League. When users sign up for Centre Circle through the app, their account will act as their Centre Circle account.

Fans can favour one club at a time and switch between club content at any time:

• York United FC
• Forge FC
• Atlético Ottawa
• Valour FC
• FC Edmonton
• Cavalry FC
• Pacific FC  

Centre Circle provides supporters with a personalized experience based on their favourite Club, membership status, location and activity, allowing supporters to earn points that can be redeemed for prizing.

• Supporters can favour a club and enjoy targeted news, special offers, partner offers, contests and exclusive content.
• Supporters can earn points by interacting with the content and activities on Centre Circle (see below for earning points)
• Supporters can redeem their points for exclusive prizing and experiences

 

How do I sign up to become an Centre Circle Member?

After downloading the CPL Centre Circle App on either the Apple Store or Google Play Store, you will have the choice of signing up or logging in. You will be asked to create a password and verify your email to complete your registration. If you choose to login with an email address you have previously used to login with the CPL (or put down a deposit) you will need to create a new password (or reset your password).

 

If I have already signed up for a CPL account before October 31st 2018, how do I access my account?

If you have already signed up for a CPL account before, this login will double as your access to the Centre Circle. If you forgot your password, please select “Forgot Password”, type in your email and reset your password with the link emailed to you.

 

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?

When accessing the CPL App, select “forgot password”, follow the instructions on the screen by typing in your email first. You will be able to reset your password with the link emailed to you by filling in the new and confirm password fields with the same password.

 

I can’t log in or access my account, what do I do?

How do I delete my profile or unsubscribe from the program?

If you would like to deactivate your profile, please email info@canpl.ca with your email, username and asked to be deactivated.

 

How do I unsubscribe from email communications?

When you receive an email communication from either CPL or your respective club, please scroll down to the footer of the email and click “unsubscribe”.

 

Gaining Points

 

How do I gain points?

When you are logged into Centre Circle, you will be able to gain points by performing one or more of the following actions:

• Consuming Content (reading articles/watching videos/listening to podcasts)
• Clicking an offer
• Entering a contest
• Registering and attending an event
• Predictor Participation (Pick-Em game)

To earn points members must be signed in on CPL Centre Circle and participate in the activities listed below. While points earned from most activities will appear quickly in your points total and be listed in your Profile and Activity feed, others may take up to 10 days to appear. From time to time there may be additional limited time points earning offers communicated to members.

 CONTESTS, OFFERS AND REDEMPTIONS:

 

What is an offer?

Offers are a range of content that can be engaged with to earn points. Offers can come in the form of accessing a coupon, entering a contest or completing a survey. Users may earn points one time for completed contests and surveys.

 

Where can I find specific contest rules?

The eligibility rules and specific details for CPL and Club promotions and contests may vary. Always reference the official contest rules posted for any particular contest the CPL and your local club is running.

 

I had redeemed points for contest entries to win a prize. Did I win?

All winners will be contacted by the e-mail used to sign up/login with Centre Circle. Should you win a contest, a member of our team will be in contact with you once the draw has taken place.

 

I had redeemed a prize on the CPL App, how do I pick it up?

If you have redeemed a physical prize or experience, you will be personally be contacted via e-mail or the phone number on your profile with instructions on how to pick up the prizes. Some prizes may be shipped, so it’s important to share the most up to date address and contact information.

 

I won a contest; how do I claim or pick up my prize?

Claiming your prize may vary depending on the specific contest, but in general, a representative will be in contact with you. Please ensure your email and phone number is up to date so that you can be contacted immediately. Arrangements for picking up prizing ex. friends or relatives, can be approved via a CPL or Club representative. To claim your prize, you will be asked to provide personal identification.

 

Why do I need to provide my full address when winning a contest?

In order for the CPL or your local Club to ship your prize or validate your entry, we will need to confirm your place of residence, birthday, phone number, and email. In order to be declared a Prize winner, each potential Prize winner must first correctly answer, unaided, a time limited mathematical skill testing question. The CPL and respective Clubs reserves the right to refuse a prize if the winner is not qualified or eligible to claim the prize in their province.

 

If I’ve already won prize, am I eligible to win another?

Yes, you are still eligible to win other prizing opportunities, unless otherwise specified.

 

What is the minimum age to sign up for CPL Centre Circle

To sign up for the Centre Circle, users must be 13 years of age or older at the time of sign up.

 

My family member works for the CPL or an affiliated club, am I still eligible to redeem a prize?

No. Employees and their parents, siblings and children, and persons domiciled with an employee of any of the Contest Sponsors, their respective agents, parent, affiliated or related companies, subsidiaries, divisions, Prize sponsors, and promotional and advertising agencies and administrators, are ineligible to redeem points for prizing.
