All-access: Behind-the-scenes from the #GotGame Open Trials in Alberta

Alberta played host to the penultimate stop in the Canadian Premier League’s #GotGame Open Trials, with 200 players gathering in Calgary to showcase their skills in front of the league’s head coaches.

The CPL will take you behind-the-scenes with a documentary series to be released later this year.

See exclusive footage of the league’s coaches through this cross-country journey from Halifax to Vancouver Island, as the trials unearth hidden gems in Canada who could earn an invitation to preseason camps.

Hear from Trials Lead Coach and Canadian Soccer legend Alex Bunbury, CPL hopefuls, and the supporters who are eager to make the league’s stadiums come alive in 2019.

Check out the above clip for a taste of the action from Alberta, and the rest of the teasers, below:

The CPL’s #GotGame Open Trials continue in Victoria, B.C. on Monday, Nov. 5.
