Making the cut: List of trialists in Hamilton to advance to Day 2 of the Open Trials

Day 1 of the Canadian Premier League’s #GotGame Open Trials in Hamilton has come to an end, with former Hamilton Steelers striker Alex Bunbury leading the tryouts at Tim Hortons Field while newly-announced Forge FC head coach Bobby Smyrniotis and his peers watched on and assessed all the talent on display. Now, only 56 of the more than 220 participants will be invited back for Day 2 of the Hamilton trials, to play in full-fielded 11-v-11 matches.
